APACH 900 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-89P allows to evenly cook the dishes with the help of the heating elements located at the top and at the bottom of the chamber. The cooking surface made of the oxidation-resistant steel is equipped with special edges for collecting liquid. The professional electric stove has cast iron hotplates that are hermetically mounted in the cooking surface and equipped with overheat protection and heating indicators. The hotplate heating level is controlled by a six-step thermostat. The stove is equipped with an electromechanical control panel.
