APACH 700 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRES-77P — an electric stove with a solid cooking zone designed to equip professional kitchens of catering establishments. A solid surface of the stove is made carbon steel with a thickness of 15 mm and is divided into 4 working zones. In the center of the zone the temperature reaches 480°C, and at the edges — 200°C. Each zone is equipped with a 6-step thermostat. There is no level difference on the stove surface that makes gastonorms moving easier. The housing is made of food-grade stainless steel.
