Sous Vide is a technology of food cooking in which the ingredients are placed in a sealed package and sent to a special cooker with a thermostat where they are cooked for the required amount of time (from 20 minutes to 72 hours) at a constant temperature without water. This method of cooking allows you to keep all the nutrients and taste of the dishes. The product is soft and juicy as the temperature is set depending on its type and the recipe by which it is cooked.
The body of the equipment and a 22 l cooker are made of stainless steel. Powerful heating elements provide static heating and allow you to maintain the temperature in the range from 30 to 99 °C. The body is equipped with a display for temperature indication. Microprocessor memory allows you to set up and save up to 5 programs. The case is equipped with convenient handles for carrying and a water drain tap.
