APACH 900 SERIES BOILING PAN ELECTRIC APKE-89 is used for soups, second courses as well as for drinks such as fruit starch drink and compote. With its help you can simply warm up water. Food cooks faster than on an electric stove, and it does not cool down for a long time. This equipment is suitable for catering where you need to cook a large amount of dishes.
The boiler has an interspace (the so-called steam-water jacket), so that it is not heated directly, and the thermal energy is distributed more evenly. As a result, during cooking the food does not stick to the walls, does not burn.
The boiler saves energy: when the liquid begins to boil, it starts to operate at minimum power. There is an overheat protection of the boiler: in case of full boiling of the liquid, the boiler switches off automatically.
